The company delivers consultancy and inhouse as well as 3rd party software solutions, both in fixed price projects and SLAs/SMAs. Services are delivered to global customers in both discrete and continuous manufacturing.
Investment rationale
After growing their business for 30+ years into 25+ countries and 40+ acquisitions, founders sought a new shareholder for growth capital and partnership for future growth towards joint exit. Rabo Investments has acquired a minority stake in the company and supports ATS Global in pursuing growth both autonomously on the back of favourable industry dynamics & continuously evolving solutions as well as via M&A with ATS Global being well positioned to be a consolidator due to its global coverage in a fragmented market with many local players.
