JOZ is a developer and manufacturer of high-quality integrated solutions, automating labour intensive processes in dairy and livestock industries. It’s circular product offering includes automated feed, milking, manure and circular farming solutions such as the innovative Nitrogen cracker.
Investment rationale
In March 2019, Rabo Investments acquired a majority share in the company from the Elling family. The partnership with Rabo Investments is focussed on an innovation strategy to expand the product portfolio while also expanding the company’s (international) footprint. An important milestone in this strategy was the acquisition of Fullwood Milking in 2022, which allows the Group to act as a one-stop-shop for (dairy) farmers worldwide. Recently, Maarten van Raaij and Steven Le Poole have been appointed as CEO and CFO of the combined group Fullwood JOZ.
