Description of the portfolio company
V&S is a leading producer of multi-ethnic snacks, on trend meat substitutes, finger food and appetizers. Majority of products is sold under private label to mostly European Retail and Food Service clients. Production is centred in Romania where early 2023, a second and state-of-the-art production facility has been realized, using semi-automated machinery equipped for processing of “Better life label” inputs.

Being active in the Food industry since 1904, V&S has build strong and long-term client relationships. With an in-house R&D department and modern, expanded production capacity, the company is well positioned for growth, benefitting from favourable trends in the snacking industry
