ZorgDomein is a digital platform for healthcare referrals. It allows healthcare professionals to digitally refer clients to another healthcare professional. The company has achieved a central position in the Dutch healthcare system with almost all general practitioners and all hospitals making use of its services.
Investment rationale
ZorgDomein sees strong growth opportunities in current and adjacent client segments due to increasing transaction volumes and network effects. Together with the knowledge and network of Rabobank’s healthcare sector specialists we aim to sustainably grow ZorgDomein into an even more reputable private partner in the healthcare domain while cementing its central position as digital referral provider. In July 2023, a majority stake has been acquired by Visma with Rabo Investments still holding a minority share in the company.
