Yvonne joined RI in September 2018 and is currently responsible for Fund and Co-investments within RI. Prior to RI, Yvonne gained 12 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), bringing relevant deal experience to efficiently execute co-investment processes as well as an extensive network to bring relevant (sector-related) value to portfolio companies and partners.
From 2011-2018, she worked at Rabobank M&A where she led a variety of F&A transactions and was also responsible for Dairy M&A coverage. Prior to that, she worked at the M&A team of ING in London (2006-2010). Yvonne has a Master’s degree in International Business (Finance track) from the University of Maastricht and passed all levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.

Prior to RCI, Myrthe gained experience within Acquisition Finance and Corporate Finance (Sector Banking Origination) at Rabobank, bringing relevant deal experience and sector knowledge to portfolio companies and partners. Myrthe holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Maastricht.

Rogier joined Rabo Investments in January 2021, focusing on Funds and Co-Investments in the global Food & Agri sector as well as investments in the Netherlands across all sectors. He brings along a longstanding experience and network in the financial sponsor community given his prior experience in a variety of roles in leveraged finance and sponsor coverage at Rabobank, in the Netherlands, Europe and US. Since Rogier joined Rabobank’s Leveraged Finance department in 2005 he has been maintaining and building relationships with the global financial sponsor community by originating and executing transactions for Private Equity clients.

Rogier has worked in both the European and the US market where he has been located in the New York office between 2015 and 2018. Before joining Rabobank, Rogier worked for 8 years with several Dutch mid-market M&A boutiques. Rogier holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from Tilburg University.
